You are fully responsible for ensuring that your parcel complies with the laws and regulations of both the sending and destination countries.

Strictly prohibited items include, but are not limited to: illegal drugs, weapons, explosives, flammable materials, counterfeit goods, restricted medicines, hazardous chemicals, cash, forged documents, banned electronics, and any item prohibited by customs or local law. Sending undeclared, restricted, or prohibited items is strictly forbidden.

We reserve the right to inspect, refuse, hold, cancel, or report any shipment suspected of containing prohibited or undeclared items. Any parcel held, rejected, confiscated, returned, or destroyed by customs or government authorities will not be eligible for a refund under any circumstances.

If you send prohibited, illegal, dangerous, or falsely declared items, you will be fully responsible for all losses, penalties, fines, legal claims, customs charges, storage fees, damages, and any other costs arising from the shipment. We reserve the right to immediately suspend your account and take legal action against you where permitted by law.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, airline restrictions, incorrect addresses, missing documents, or events beyond our control.
