Refund Policy

We want you to have the best experience with our service. If you cancel your order before your shipment is picked up, we will gladly provide a full refund. Once a parcel has been collected or dispatched, refunds may not always be possible, but we are happy to review each case individually.

If your parcel is delayed, lost, or damaged due to an issue on our side, please contact us within 7 days and we will do our best to provide a fair solution as quickly as possible.

Please note that we cannot provide refunds for parcels that are held, rejected, delayed, confiscated, or destroyed by customs or other government authorities, as these situations are outside of our control.
